The Mendlesham Community Cafe provides, every month, a reasonably priced morning and lunchtime café from which all profits go to local groups.
- Held on the first Saturday of every month, except January
- 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Old School Room, Old Market Street (last orders at 13:45)
- 5-Star food hygiene rating
- Run entirely by trained volunteers
- A wide variety of light lunches and desserts
- Morning coffee and cakes
- Most items home made by volunteers
- Set menu with monthly specials
- Prize draw with seasonal themes
- All profits poured back into village groups, organisations and charities
