Regular events include the Annual Street Fayre, Pancake Races and a Musical Firework Display with ongoing fundraising via a Village Tote and Community Shop selling “Good as New” Clothing, Click here to find out moreThere are many other enjoyable events such as Live Band evenings that bring people together as well as fund raise. If you would like our help and support to organise an event or help with a project, just let us know by completing the Event Planner/Support Request form and reading the Guidelines for event teams.

The Trustees (click here for contact list) meet regularly to respond to requests for support i.e. putting on events or providing funds to create new opportunities for village organisations, apply for grants and raise funds to enhance the community. Fund raising includes the running of the 50:50 Shop, Tote, coffee mornings, social events and celebrations, recreational and sport events, all of which are featured in the Newsletter.

New residents are made welcome via our Welcome Letter and copy of a monthly Newsletter.  If you know anyone you’d like to ensure has been welcomed, please contact a member of the Board of Trustees.
