10.8.22 Please see below the latest draft of the documents which have been forwarded to Mid Suffolk District Council for confirmation the changes as required further to the Exaniners report of 22 June 2022 are acceptable. Please note we are aware that Figure 2.2 requires an update of important views.

Please come and have a look at our displays and ask questions  so you know what you are being asked to support at the referendum. 

Your support to attend and vote for the modification is vital  to ensure after so much work, the plan can be adopted by Mid Suffolk District Council, become a legal part of the planning process and represent the local voice of Mendlesham.

Event Consultation Boards  (17.8.22) 

Please note that the event boards are in size A0 - so not suitable to print. The board detailing the proposed polices ( still to be confirmed by Mid Suffolk District Council) have an asterix  to identify changes to existing policies in the Adopted Plan and the board with Figure 2.2 still requires an amendment for a missing view. 

Thank you to everyone who attended this event, it was great to be able to discuss our proposed plan with residents.
